Join us for a refresher course in the basics of Bariatric Nutrition.  With warmer weather comes ballgames and barbeques, ice cream and sweet iced tea, and lots of opportunities to let old eating habits slip back into your daily routine. 
 
Cindy Jester, MS, RD, LD, will lead this course and you'll leave with a better understanding of how to make better choices and better habits.

Meet me at the Turkey Trot
 
Physical Activity is a HUGE factor in losing and maintaining weight loss.  Start training for your very first 5K in the spring, and by Thanksgiving, you'll be ready to walk or run 3.1 miles and still have the energy to cook your Thanksgiving meal.
 
Join Joann at Keeneland at 8:00 am.  This even requires pre-registration and there is a fee.  Please plan to pre-register and pay before arriving at the race.
